The A2B Electric Bike

It's silent, stylish, a cross between a bike and a scooter, and designed for urban and suburban commuters. It's the A2B and hopefully will be heading to the UK's shores in the near future. Electric bike models and manufacturers are rapidly gaining traction within the traditional bike market. You still get to pedal, as you wish, while having the back up of a lithium ion battery-powered motor when the going gets tough or you just want to slip into cruise mode.

To recharge the battery simply plug it into any ordinary electric socket.

The bike goes for 20 miles at up to 20 mph. Plus you can double that range by buying an extra battery pack. It also has a lightweight aluminum body (73 lbs.) with full suspension. Read more about the A2B
